FALL 2020 FLAG RUGBY PROGRAM.

The Fisher Park CRC is now offering Developmental Flag Rugby.

The focus of this program is on having fun while developing the ABCs of physical literacy – Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed. Participants will learn how to “read” what is going on around them and make decisions during games. Additionally, this program helps to build the foundation for skill development in any sport, while introducing participants to elements of the sport of rugby (e.g. running /catching / passing, agility, team work, etc). While physical contact will not be taught during these sessions, it must be acknowledged that inadvertent contact between players such as bumping and falling is a infrequent reality of the game.

 REGISTRATION NIGHT on  Thursday September 5th from 6pm to 8pm at 250 Holland Ave.
